Something Weird is a film archive and retail mail order company which sells Blu-rays, DVDs, Soundtrack Albums, and Movie Memorabilia. We are based in Seattle Washington. This website is our primary point of purchase, we DO NOT accept any Orders by phone or snail mail. This website offers the latest Something Weird home video releases (and some out of print DVDs we still have in stock). We no longer offer DVD-Rs or Downloads. Any questions or problems with an Order can be directed to questions@somethingweird.com

New and Returning Customers must create a NEW Customer Account the first time you order from this new Something Weird retail website. (If you had an old SWV customer account it no longer exists since this is a brand new platform and that information wasn't transferred over.) Start fresh!

Welcome New Customers! Getting Started Guide

Creating Your Account

  1. Sign Up - Click "Account" or "Login" on somethingweird.com and enter your email address
  2. Verify Email - Check your email for a 6-digit verification code and enter it to create your account
  3. Account Created - Your customer profile is automatically created when you sign in for the first time

Your First Order

  1. Browse Products - Explore our product categories and use the search function to find items
  2. Add to Cart - Select products and click "Add to Cart," adjusting quantities as needed
  3. Review Cart - Click the cart icon to review your selections before checkout
  4. Secure Checkout - Look for the "https://" in the URL to ensure a secure connection
  5. Enter Information - Provide shipping address and contact details (this information will be saved for future orders)
  6. Choose Payment - Select from secure payment options like Shop Pay or other familiar methods
  7. Complete Purchase - Review your order details and click "Complete Order"

After Your Order

  • Confirmation Email - You'll receive an order confirmation with tracking information
  • Track Orders - Log into your account anytime to view order history and track shipments
  • Account Management - Update your profile, addresses, and view past purchases in your account dashboard

Domestic USPS Shipping Charges for Orders are as Follows:

$7 Flat Fee 0.1 to 1 lb. • $10 Flat Fee 1-4 lbs. • $15 Flat Fee 5 lbs. and up

FREE Shipping on Orders Over $100

Due to hassles with the USPS, customs issues, and tariffs we DO NOT accept or send any International Orders, sorry.

We no longer have or send printed Catalogs. (However, there are a couple of collectible vintage Catalogs that you can order for reference or research via this website.)

Most Blu-rays and DVDs are Region Free.

Most Blu-rays and DVDs are NR rated. Suggested age for ordering and viewing is 18 and older. These are mostly old, bottom-of-the-barrel low-budget exploitation films produced during the 1930s-1970s.

There is NO explicit content on this website!
