Each item ordered is made individually, in real time. All VHS videos are recorded on new, high-quality videotape at SP mode. Orders take 2-4 weeks to process after we receive them. You will be billed at the time your order is received.

Phone and Fax Orders

Toll Free Order Hotline 1-888-634-3320. Our staff is available 9am -5pm PST, Monday through Friday. Our fax line is open 24 hours a day at (425) 438-1832 and the answering machine is on when we're not in the office. Credit card orders can be phoned into the machine after hours; leave your name, address, phone number, credit card number and expiration date, and the titles and catalog numbers requested.

Snail Mail Ordering Instructions

1. Download the Order Form PDF
2. Please write down the title and catalog number of the videos you are ordering. Also, if you have a customer I.D. number, (found on your mailing label) please include that as well to expedite your order.
3. Calculate the Shipping costs using the table below.
4. Please make your check or money order out to SOMETHING WEIRD VIDEO.
5. Mail your completed order form and full payment to:

Shipping

We ship using US Postal Service and UPS. Any order containing XXX Hardcore movies, will be shipped VIA UPS only. No overnight or second day shipping is available.

Returns

We will exchange any defective video for a new, non-defective one (of the same title). Please mail it back to us with the invoice and a brief note explaining the problem. We would appreciate it if you would cue defective VHS tapes to the problem spot. Upon receiving the defective tape or DVD, we will replace it immediately and send it off to you. DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE INVOICE!

Legal Issues

You must be 21 or older to purchase titles from the Bucky Beaver, Grandpa Bucky's or XXX collections.

Be assured that we DO NOT carry any videos that exploit minors or portray them in sexual situations, regardless of the titles of the videos we offer. All of these films received "R" ratings when they were exhibited in theaters and drive-ins years ago. Any actors and actresses portrayed in sexual situations are over 18 years of age or older.

All offers void where prohibited by law. SWV reserves the right to withhold shipment to certain geographic locations.
